How do I pay? Do you offer CoD ?
You can pay online via Credit / Debit Cards and Net Banking. We are not accepting Cash on Delivery as of now but will soon incorporate it.
Can I return or get a replacement ?
No, since these are personal care products, we do not offer any returns or replacements, please check our Returns Policy page for details.
Yes, we do. We use them to personalize your experience on our website. Personalize means we wish to keep your session in cookies and when you access the same system our site will remember you with the cookie. If you logout site then cookies will get reset automatically.
Can I cancel my order after payment ?
Now it’s not possible to cancel an order through online but call our customer care and provide reasons and we will cancel the order and refund the amount.
How long will it take for me to receive an order placed for any items ?
You can expect delivery within 7 working days or earlier. We have tie up with best courier companies like DTDC, FedEx, Xprebees etc for prompt delivery.
Is it safe to shop here ?

No, there are no hidden costs; you only pay for the items and applicable shipping charges if any.

We do not share, sell or rent your contact information. However, in rare exceptions where it may be required by the laws of the land, we may have to share the information.
